  • Passport Information: Scan or photo of your biometric passport
  • Travel Details: Arrival date, purpose of visit, and UK residence address (if known)
  • Security Questions: Declare any criminal history, immigration violations, or security-related issues (honest answers only!)

Photo & Biometric Requirements

  • Use a digital photo that meets the UK Government’s photo guidelines (clear, recent, well-lit)
  • You may need to scan your face (not required for very young children)

Payment & Contact Info

  • ETA fee: £180 (as of April 9, 2025)
  • Pay securely using credit/debit card, Apple Pay
  • A working email address is required—for confirmation, updates, and your digital ETA link

Approval & Validity

  • Most decisions are made within three working days. In many cases, approvals are received even faster—often within hours or minutes
  • Validity: Your ETA is valid for 2 years or until your passport expires—whichever comes first. Multiple entries are allowed, with each stay up to 6 months
  • Remember, an ETA does not guarantee entry —you must still comply with UK border rules
